Rationale - Unix wizards are an intentionally humorous class that's a flavour of wizard. They're fairly well balanced (so far), with a nice mix of utility and attack spells. They're fairly close to a 'vanilla' mage, and probably will have that position in this game. They are odd in that most of their spells require them to open() the target first, although that's a 0-cost spell. This does slow them down a bit in getting ready for combat. Unix wizards can transcend into virtuals at the end of part 1 of the game. Base char/powers one level inherent weakness of heat, one level inherent resistance to cold Level-based Powers gain an intrinsic level of chaos and law resistance at level **** Weapons summary - Using non-class weapons Armour summary - no gloves. Base armour weight allowance is low, above that, take significant penalties to spell success rate and mana level.
